I have bought ear phones from boat and one ear piece was not working and I raised complaint with token no: 2313671 1st may 2021 they didn’t do anything. Then again raised complaint on 20th June 2021 with token no : 2606903, based on this they have collected back my ear phones but they didn’t do anything. After sending continuous mails they have mailed for refund I have to submit my bank details, I gave my bank details on 18 th july 2021. Till date they have not refunded the amount. As a customer during this COVID-19 time they have collected my money and sent damaged product. Kindly make an arrangement to refund my money as fast as possible. Was this information helpful? |
