As i purchased a boat rockstar 510 on 09th june 2020, it starts complains as i couldn't hear lyrics while playing songs - using plug in cable mode. As i asked for a return of defect piece, they asked me to return the whole product and i mailed to them all the details including photos of returned product.
But to my shock, i received only the earphone not the plug in cables.
I repeatedly called their customer care number and mailed using the ticket number. I am not getting any response from team boat
