[Resolved]  Body And Beyond — They are frauds and do not wish to cater to nearbuy coupons

Body and Beyond Salon in East Patel Nagar, New Delhi are cheaters. I bought a coupon for laser treatment on nearbuy. I called them to make an appointment on April 16th, they said the machine is gone for servicing and will return in 4 days. I called back after 4 days, they said the doctor is out on vacation for 2 days. I asked them to call me back whenever the next and earliest possible appointment I can get. I repeatedly called them after that, there is no response.
15 days have passed, nearbuy cancellation policy gives 7 days for cancellation. Now what should I do.
Nearbuy should blacklist them, they are cheaters and I want 100 % refund of my money. Body and beyond should even compensate for the harassment they have caused.
They think they can treat consumers as they like. They can cheat consumers just because there is no Law yet on E-commerce. There is an urgent need of a law to regulate e-commerce and stop this fraud.
