Bodybuildingindia.com — non refund of product value after failing to deliver

I had placed an order no. #171972 on 11/04/2020 for supply of one labrada muscle mass gainer 6 lbs. The item has not been delivered to me till date. Neither has my request for cancellation of the order and refund of product value has been responded to.

I would like to have the amount of rs. 2789.07 paid in advance for the product by me refunded immediately.
