I ordered a product via order no[protected] name Tara Biogain Whey protein powder from bodybuildingindia.com on 9th sep 2015 but till today i.e 24th sep 2015 it is not delivered to me. While enquiring I found that my product is with an agent of Trackon courier which do not provide service to my given address. So when I call to bodybuilding.com customer care to make the delivery to my address then they responded that I have given them wrong Pincode which make them to ship the product to a courier company which do not provide service to my location, so I have to collect my consignment with the Trackon courier agent (which is 25km away from my given address). And when I reminded them that the given pincode which can apparently seen from billing information is of my address which is not serviceable through trackon, then also they do not accept their fault & they quickly got ready to cancel the order which was very disappointing to me. My disappointment is on following 2 issues:- a) As I have given the correct pincode which is serviceable through Trackon then why bodybuildingindia.com ordered the shipment to Trackon courier. b) When you have taken the order on condition of free delivery PAN India then its the responsibility of bodybuildingindia.com to deliver the product to my doorstep, But instead of acknowledging your mistake bodybuildingindia.com cancelled the order.
