Bokaro general hospital is not provide the bill details to the customer and he is shifting the problem is other department 1 Not provide the Test report and xrey report he convey to the customer he Is online so that not provide to us for legal purpose 2 Not proper mentioned AM and PM in final bill and also collect the charge for provide the final bill

Not a proper response from Hospital and he is provide the attested copy of require document after pay the charge and his record room staff is very indiscipline man and he is rudely behave with me and other customer ajitbokaro12@rediffmail.com

My suggestion for this hospital Pls educate the staff and resolve the issue immediately and shift the old staff to plant and
Pls arrange the customer care counter and higher management mail ID and phone no mentioned in every hospital document of BGH this is my suggestion
