Ordered a set of 12 lingerie from boldslook.in.
and shopped from this website because they provided COD.
But when I received the package, instead of 12, high quality they sent me road side, cheap and somewhats used lingerie and incomplete sets (only 3 pcs) of an extremely cheap, roadside quality.
To make parcel heavy they have added extra card board..!!
The product that is shown on the website is TOTALLY DIFFERENT from what is delivered
I’ve paid ₹1260 and there’s no means to receive the paid amount back.!!!
Even there is no contact details available by any means to reach them.
The phone number, mentioned on parcel is wrong and is switched off.
No official email given. No response from their customer care page and other contact details
I received this from an address- 4/64, New Delhi, Delhi India-110083 Tel: [protected].
Will appreciate if I would be helped in getting my money back.
