I bought a replacement screen from this company and it was advertised with a dot and thin line distortion on the screen which didn't look bad at all. I was shocked when i installed it to find that therte was a big band at the bottom of the screen which makes the screen useless. it wasn't disclosed and when i asked the seller he said that i must have damaged it. I didn't damage it, this company lied about the details of the screen, nobody would by this screen. Every time I tried to contact the seller, he turned it around using all excuses he could think of saying that I was to blame and that there were no refunds. I told him that it must have been damaged in shipping and he asked me if I would settle if he sent me $2!! I paid $60 for the screen, and he had the nerve to offer me $2 dollars!
This company replied sarcastically to my text with smiley faces, basically not offering any customer support, replacement or refund
I would strongly advise to stay away from this company. They will rip you off and laugh at you when you try to get a refund. Was this information helpful? |
