Bonanza Portfolio — Recruitment Fraud by Bonanza HRD

BONANZA PORTFOLIO LTD, has refused to pay to the candidate supplier the amount due against the placement fees .The Company HR Krishna ( hr.[protected]@bonanzaonline.com) had agreed to pay in written the placement fees to the Recruitment Consultancy for placing candidates in Bonanza..however the said HR is now refusing to pay for the candidates already placed in the Company the invoices were raised for the pending payments against the 4 candidates placed, the HR is not willing to clear the dues.(Proof : Screenshot of Conversation where your HR says he will not pay)

However, Now this has also become a case of breach of Trust and fraudulent behavior as well as the Consultancy was told that two of the candidates placed are no more in the system, however the Consultancy has written confirmation from the candidates that they are still in the System.There are proofs in form of emails from Candidates who are still there in the system and also screen shot of HR stating that the candidates are not part of the system.

The Recruitment Consultancy has been dealing with Bonanza and have got 1000s of candidates interviewed and never doubted the wrong intentions of Bonanza Portfolio Ltd. ( if the Client says that the candidate has not been offered/joined ) and has never cross checked with candidates if they have joined the organization . However Bonanza HR seems to be placing candidates given to the Company by the Consultancy without informing the Company..in order to avoid payment of placed fees ...as it has become evident from the two cases which recently came into the Notice of the Consultancy and was highlighted.

A request Email was sent to all seniors staff of Bonanza to release the long pending payments but in vain.

As per the agreement Consulace was supposed to get payment within 45 days of joining of the Candidates( placed by the Consultancy) in Bonanza but the HR KRISHNA ( HR.[protected]@BONANZAONLINE.COM) says that since the Consultancy is not ready ( due to payments irregularities by Bonanza) to give any more candidates, he will not give any payment for the candidates already placed by the Consultancy
