With due respect i want to bring in your kind notice that i had ordered for the samsung power bank of 16800 mah product: samsung led 599 whereas i had received the product of mi 20800 mah power bank so i would like to request you to provide me the product as per my order given to you asap with the positive feedback.

Which i have received power bank, it's not working. so please change this product, or refund my money.

It has been a long time we are following for this matter. kindly advise the status of this matter on urgent basis.

I receivad samsung/Mi 20800 mAh powerbank with nokia 1110 mobile but charging problem in powerbank as well as in mobile so i return payment or replace product. Pleasereply as well as soon. Do not charge powerbank and also do not chage nokia 1110 so i want return my money.
