Got faulty and non working product on april 20, 2016 i had ordered a power bank . Power bank is not working . I have tried to connect customer care many time through phone to replace the faulty product but they did'nt respond then i have lodge the complain on their website but also didn't get any response from them. Now i'm getting dissatisfied with the services of this online website and want my refund or replacement of the product.. This company is fraudulent pls take action against it and publish the same in all media so pls don't get duped with this
