I orderd samsung power bank via book my offer.com dated 29th june 2016 and i got it on 7th july but it is in totally dead condition.

I tried to call on customer care +91-[protected] but no one attending the call. I mailed to company at their customer support mail id [protected]@bookmyoffer.com but no reply.

Such type of online shopping website must be banned.
