I have bought samsung/mi 25000 mah power bank of rs 299 my reference no is [protected] and sku is bks_170616_1weekdeal i want my money back i have ordered it on 19june 2016 and now customer care is not answering my call plzz help me its shipper is saturday sunday media internet their phone number [protected] is also not working it costs 498 rs. I have posted a complaint before this but they told that plz you take your complaint back and we will resolve your problem i did same but they did not resolve my problem.

i have made online payment for bus pass of haryana roadways it is failed but my balance from bank was deducted.when it failed i made another of same but it also fails payment was of rs.1375+1375 done on 5 june and 6 june grn1 0027651238 Grn2 0027662655
