I have received power bank in breakage form and it is not charging because in this damaged and creaked chargeable cells attached only for weight increase of power bank.your product image attached here as i received. i have called many time on your customer care no. but no one pick the same.
I want my money back or replace the product with genuine product urgently.
Please help on the same. i am waiting from more than 1 around month for my complaint reply but no response received from its side.
