This is to bring in your notice that you have delivered used and non- working power bank of MI, I booked this on 31st May with order number [protected] and received on 06th JUN opted the option of COD.

Person came to my office and handed over the packed power bank, I paid the amount then and there, I opened it in my office and found that the power bank very dirty and used earlier, I connected the charger and found that it’s not getting charged.
