My name is rohan. I had odered a shoe from book my offer. I need to return the shoe and there is no response to any return requests. Even in my profile or shoes no product had been odered.. This really gives a bad impression on the online shopping.. Im a regular online buyer.. But this the first time i odered im book my offer and is the worst experience.

I purchased a shoes from BOOK MY OFFER (bookmyoffer.com) at kota they give me fake product in place of originals and charge me the cost of originals. they decline to repairing their products and also to listen my complaint. i want my refunding cash money...now i want what the procedure...
