I had recently purchased two power banks from Book my offer and i had ordered Samsung 20800 mh and other was also samsung 25000 ah but i got MI and not working the two of the products are not working and seems to be duplicate, i called the coustomer care serveral times no reponse and no one replying via e-mail as well.
