I have purchased a samsung power bank from bookmyoffer.com. Order id is [protected]. Order date-10.05.2016. Received date-13.05.15. But i have received a duplicate and worst product. Its not working. I have called so many times and send mail for refund but dd not get any assistance from bookmyoffer team. This site is totally fake. So many friend already faced same issue. All type of product they sale are duplicate.
O i request to take necessary steps for this company right now to refund or return money.
