Today i brought a samsung 16800 mah power bank but some sound is hearing inside it.its parts are not fitted correctly...Also the dealer took 50 more.Actual price was 499 but he took 549...

I need to return this product.

when i called the customer care number they did not took the phone...

it seems the they are gaming fraud..it is only a duplicate power bank..no quality
