Updated by cpsinha18 sir I had orderd two samsung power bank 20800mAh and received on[protected]. reference ids of both products are [protected] and [protected]. but neither of power banks were working. I had tried company customer number but no one had picked it and after 3rd day my call was picked finally, I talked company customer executive he told me to return the products and gave me an address through email. so I had returned the products to the given address through BLUEDART on[protected]. I have paid Rs. 1498 on cosh on delivery for the products and Rs. 310 for returning the products through courrier service but still my products have neither been replaced nor company is giving me any response. Now I want to refund my money and don't want the same products.
