Myself Gaurav Gupta reference no.[protected]. The power bank that i got was in pathetic conditions. When i opened the parcel the power bank was sort of open as i could be seen from inside and it had scratches. Apart from this, i charged it until the blue light was full then thought of testing it with my phone, it did work. And so forth i tried calling to the customer care no. but as soon as the call is picked it is hung up. And that happen everytime i call.
