I ordered samsung power bank 25000 mah from the site www.bookmyoffer.com.25th june2016 i received the product. but as per the product it is not working totally blank. power bank. so then i have complaint registered on book my offer customer care executive told its will be changed within 7 working days... but no one come to check or replace the product. about my product. afire then again call now no one pic the call. so i want my product should be replaced else i want full refund.. its cost was rs. 546

no any one asking for this sites issue.. its totally fake site. last time called this customer care they told your complaint not registered so we have not support.

so I am help less .. pls don't purchase any kind of material for this site. its not retailer.. only robbery .
