Hi,
I have booked a full package of andaman trip from traveltriangle website with "bookitforgetit" agent for 14th to 18th dec 2018. I have given a mount of 36k for my entire trip package but during my trip in andaman they charged me with extra hotel charges, i paid the amount there because i had no other option there but now company refuses to refund my money. Also for my trip they didn't go with itenary they mentioned or shared with me.
I was very calm and understanding till now but its getting very late to get my refund back.
