[Resolved] Bookmy Offer — Company is selling defective product...

I purchead a sumsung 16800 power bank of rs.548 from book my offer on 30.5.16, which i received on 3/6/2016 but it is not working, this product is defective product, my order no is [protected], i have send many email to '[protected]@bookmyoffer.com', but they are not responding, i have try there phone no.[protected] but no responce by them after many days they pick up my phone and say no warranty of product.. I complaint to return it but no response and no answered any no responce by customer care so i totally disappointed please take a immediate step to solve my problem and taken a legal step against bookmyoffer.com for his services and fraud. This company is selling defective product of samsung... On they site ther is no address of company and not proper no... This is fraud company... Bil of this produce is not send bycompany... Company is sell defective pruduct. Plz take action agenest company and refund my amount thank you

i have got a call from [protected] on 8.10 pm, he is saying that is is speeking from book my offer, we return your amount, you have to tell us your credit /debit card no., i refuse is tell my credit card no, i said to him i am ready to tell you my account no..but he refuse to take my acount no... and tell me you have to tell only debit card and credit card no...if company is refunding my money no requrement of debit and credit card no...thus this company is fraud company and cheater company...plz. take action aganest company
