[Resolved]  BookMyBai — Refund Amount is yet not Received

I have made a payment of Rs.1000 on 22.04.2021 from my PayTM Wallet. As I was in need of House help (Bai) to our place on urgency which had paid for premium service. After my successful payment, Mr. Mehul contacted me through Whatsapp App from this mobile number [protected]. During our conversation, Mr. Mehul told me very clearly that there was no service available in your area and you'll get your Refund in 3-4 working days. I have waited for long and I have been reminding him for every alternate day for my Refund Status. On my several requests, I have yet not received my amount back. Hence, I want to register my Complaint regarding this matter. I just hope my issue will get resolved soon or else I have to take further action.
