[Resolved] Bookmyoffer — Broken product delivered and after complaining to customer support no reply

I brought Samsung powerbank from bookmyoffer which is delivered to me.it was in band condition after i opened it had scratches and it is broken from one side.it's very disgusting to have this kind of service.its not worth what I pay for it.I loged complaint to their customer support with ticket NO-108077 on 5 may 2016 just after 2 days after delivery.but didn't got any response from them till now.
