Booked one samsung 16800mah power bank through online shopping and it was received through courier on 02.05.16 in broken parts condition and immediately i lodged a complain in its help desk and my ticket i'd is [ #4y4-7su-ggvx].But, from then nobody called me neither they have sent any mail.And their helpline number 91-[protected] is a fake number, if you call, you can't talk to anybody there.
