[Resolved] Bookmyoffer.com — Damaged/ not working samsung memory card 64 gb

I got a samsung 64 gb memory card on 19.06.2016 by bookmyoffer.com through ecom courier service. But when i tried to run memory card on my phone, no option of memory card is showing on file manager i tried again and again but some time memory card option is showing but no file is showing . Then i raised a complaint regarding this . They replied that according to their company policy they can't replace or return back my money because it was an offer product . No policy of company is showing on website.

Same problem overhere and the site is not responding for returns i have been mailing them since last two days but they didnt reply..nd there custormers sevrice is always busy..i dont know what to do..they are just ridiculous..i ll never buy anything from this site..my order number is [protected]..return my order as soon as possible..
