I recieved a samsung power bank today at 1. 30 pm which is damaged and also not working.. Its Ref no is [protected], value of 548 indian rupees and i was trying to call on your helpline no..its automatically getting disconnected., 1st time i purchased from book my offer and know iam very much dissaapoint so pls either return a new cealed pack power bank with the same features or return my money back
