[Resolved]  Bookmyoffer.com — Fake products and misrepresentation

I had ordered a pair of nike orange shoes via order no.[protected] and my staff received it on saturday
16/07/16 and remitted the amount of rupees one thousand one hundred and forty nine(rs.1, 149/-) .
on arrival i have checked the product and am aghast with the quality of the same and must say the delivered product does not match the product description and photograph posted by the company on their website on bookmyoffer.com.
i am also trying to inform you the same on your customer care no.+91-[protected] and their customer care on [protected]@bookmyoffer.com but there is no response from that end.
kindly take action against them and have this product taken back and refund my full amount paid to you as this unethical practice is not accepted by anyone.
hope the matter is resolved at the earliest
