[Resolved]  Bookmyoffer.com — I got the duplicate product

Updated by Aftab Hsn Hello, i submitted a complaint on this site.. Regarding the duplicate product which i got from bookmyoffer.com.. Then i got a message from consumer complaint.in stating that your issue has been forwarded to the team of bookmyoffer.com.. And they also asked my contact details like (mobile no. State n email address) through message.
As soon as i give them my contact details.. I got a call saying that they are from eBay.in n they have got my complaint from consumer complaint.in.. N they are forcing them to resolve this issue asap. So they want me to make my refund first n then arrange for a reverse pick up.. What i was trying to say is... They ask my bank details like debit card no. Expiry date. Cvv.no. n OTP... For doing refund.. First thing, Why the hell they are calling from Ebay.in where i purchased it from Bookmyoffer.com n second thing.. Why they are asking my bank details.. Why should i give them such details.. If they really want to make refund then they will ask my account number, ifsc, branch n all.. No one will ask for card details...
