I have purchaged mi 10400 power bank, I have done full charge of power bank and connected to my redmi prime not mobile after 30 percent charging the power bank automatically switch off.
this product is fully fake so i requested to customer care tell to department provide original product to customer.
Don't play with customer money.
I want money refund or original mi 10400 power bank and after getting the product i dont want to facing like this problem
