Hi,
I would like to inform you that I have ordered mi power bank which I received on 25th April however I found that the product is faltu and damaged too, straight away I called customer care number but could not get in touch with anyone as the call was not getting connected so I raised a ticket for complaining about the same but haven't receive any kind of response from them.

So I am requesting you to look into the matter as I already paid for that. All I want is if they can send me a better product without having any kind of problem then I am happy for that or else I want my money back.
