[Resolved] Bookmyoffer.com — Product received is faulty, not working and different from ordered product.

I ordered a 16800 mah samsung power bank through order no.- [protected]. when i received the product, it is different from ordered. it is marked as 25000 mah which is faulty, not working and duplicate. i registered a complaint on mail for return of product on 7th july 2016 but still no response found from bookmyoffer.com. even their customer care number is not responding. requested to bookmyoffer to pick your product and return my money.
