I ordered samsung power bank 25000 mah from the site www.bookmyoffer.com. Saturday i received the product. But as per the product it is not working properly. Power bank is of 25000 mah battery power but it reduce its power with in 15-20 minutes. So i want to complaint about my product.. I m callling to their customer care no. But no response. So i want my product should be replaced else i want full refund.. Its cost was rs. 598.
