Pls find attached herewith the snapshot the product delivered by bookmyoffer.com.
Is this the product what Samsung sells / manufacture?
Or there is seriously something going on at the very top level to cheat customers!
The irony doesn't even stop here when contacted the delivery boy who just ran away with the cash payment immediately within 15-20 mins from my vicinity , says we have been directed to take the cash & run away I just requested him to take the product back & forward my grievance to the concerned to which he denied & now he is not responding my calls.
Pls refund my cash asap. or I shall have no other option to approach Govt. bodies against recovery of amount & compensation for the same from both OEM (Samsung ) & bookmyoffer.com Pls confirm the receipt of my email by electronic communication.
Awaiting an early response at your end in this regard.

First of all who told you that the same has been opened by me . I received the product in the manner as pictured in the box.
I hope you need to visit my place to verify the same .
I hereby confirm once again I received the product in this condition only. It was clicked as it is the box of power bank was already open.
However, as per our communication & baseless argument of yours, it seems that Bookmyoffer.com deserves more than just request if it's so pls let me know .
Also, if you cannot judge my view , let me know contact of the person concerned ao that I may pursue the same with.
A copy of same is forwarded to Central Vigilance department governed by Government of India for their Information & necessary action thereafter .
I request all officials to pls have a thorough look at the fraud governed by means of e-commerce by establishments like bookmyoffer.com & others.
Pls be informed that it's not a matter of amount involved it's a matter of fraud & be appraised that I'll take up the matter until it's resolved whatever it takes tat my end to get it done.
