I would like to inform you that i have booked samsung 16800 mah power bank on 30 may 2016 order confirmation no ([protected]). I have received old damage faulty and defective power bank on 5 june 2016. Which is 16800 mah power bank which is not working. When i contacted to customer care they listen and put me on hold for a long time and disconnected the phone when i tried again nobody picks the phone. What i do now help me out.
