I have got a defected power bank. I have ordered 16800 mah samsung power bank but i have received an unserviceable 25000 mah powerbank.
It doesn't have any battery backup also printed company name is fake. Please resolve the issue and provide me orignal item.

I raised same complain against bookmyoffer on 01 sep regarding order no [protected], but no action has been taken by company. Please take some necessary actions.
