Dear sir/madam,

I have purchased samsung power bank 16800 mah with led light from bookmyoffer.com with order no. [protected]. Sir the received power bank is not working from the delivery time.
Sir as soon as i opened the seal of power bank i found that the light was not blinking and also it was not charging.
Pls help me to get my query resolved.
