It is a duplicate product not of samsung brand.
No manual of how to use it of samsung power bank is provided.
Not able to charge even a one single mobile handset.
Ordered for 16800 mah power bank but on product received it is mentioned that it is of 25000 mah still its a total waste.
It appears to be duplicate and not of original samsung brand.
