I was purchase a samsung 16800mah power bank with led having reference no.[protected] on date 29.6.16. as i received parcel i opened & check the same, first i was charge my phone using power bank after every 10-15 minutes charging, power bank automatically stop charging. then i've trying to charge power bank & fully charged it & again & again when i was plugin charger, it was always start charging. then i take complain no.[protected] from gojavas courier office & call on no. of times from my no. for two days but i never received any response from the same. then i called on your costumer care no.[protected] many times but it was not connect with any of your executive. as i have very busy working schedule it is not possible for me to call every time for complaint, today i am on leave so manage time to mail you regarding my complaint, i have facing such very poor product quality & customer service from your side. now, i want to return back it & want back my money. please co-operate me & tell me the procedure. i'm waiting for your positive response.
