I purchased a samsung power bank 16800mah with led light on 1st-aug-2016 for rs 548 from book my offer.Com, its been delivered through gojavaas team. I am very happy by seeing the pack, once i opened it looks like a duplicate piece, these guys brutally cheated me with a duplicate product which is not all belonging to samsung brand, the bull unit is not at all working. I tried to call to the customer care, but still no one responded and they are not refunding the money also. Kindly take severe action upon them and get my money back... Order date - 02.08.2016 14:25
