I have purchased a 20800mah xiaomi MI powerbank.But the product i received is faulty .it was not getting on. I have charged it for 4hours, still it is not getting on.i have contacted customer care number of bookmyoffer. Com but no proper response. i was promised to get original MI Powerbank but i received fake/duplicate as well as faulty one. This is against cosumer rights. I am going to consumercourt if my problem not get solved.my mailid is [protected]@gmail.com and my cont no is [protected].
