I have purchased the nike shoes but they delivered me the fake company shoes which is not relevant for me.
I spent 1150 rupees for this that is not least amount for me.
So i want to return this product.
I have called them many time by email and by call but none responded.

Please tell me what to do next, should i file a fir against them or should i take any legal action against them
