I ordered a samsung power bank of 16800 mh from bookmyoffer.com

I have paid rs.598 for this (Cash on delivery)

But the bookmyoffer.com (Saturday sunday media internet pvt ltd) sent to me a fake product which is not made by samsung and not in working condition, and their customer care no. Is also not in working condition
