Dear sir, Last week i booked a samung 25000mah power bank from bookmyoffer.com and yesterday through dtdc i received a samsung 20800mah power bank, it is not working also. Actually it looks like a powerbank so i paid the cash Rs 598 to dtdc courier and collected it from their office. Kindly do the needful.
