I ordered 16800 mah samsung powerbank and I got my order on 03/08/2016, Reference No. [protected]. Actually I ordered a samsung 16800mah power bank. But I got a 25000mah power bank and it doesn't work well, when I connect my mobile to powerbank within 1 minute powerbank switch offs looks like used one.. So i just want a replacment with a better powerbank of samsung or refund my money.I also mail my complaint to [protected]@bookmyoffer.com.
