I have order a shoe from this web site under this company - www.bookmyoffer.com, my order refrence no.[protected].
I have ordered a nike shoe from this website and they have sent a duplicate one to me, i have paid a cod of rs.1149 to them. Now i want to return the shoe as its not what i ordered, but am not able to return it. I tried to call their toll free number which is available on their website, no one receives the call. I tried to mail them on their id mentioned on their website - support. Bookmyoffer.com which is also not an registered id. I called consumer forum and try to compliant about it i got an information that there are many compliants on this company as many people have sent letters of compliant to them which are undelivered yet. I have loss my money but i dont want others to lose. Please do the needful.
