I have ordered samsung 16800 mah power bank, but i have received samsung 20400 mah power bank that to total in damage condition.
I booked samsung power bank 16800 mah of rs. 399 and they added delivery charges rs.149 + cod charges rs.50 and delivered to me with total amount rs.598/-.

Regarding this i have put to mails to their customer support, till today i have not received any reply from this.

I received the product but product was not original and it's not working also.. Within 10 mins power bank goes down...
When i recieved courier and opened the box even it doesn't work and unable to charge 3%. My order no. [protected] isplz take it back as quick as possible. I m trying to call c. Care 100 time but no response. I am requesting you to pay my money back other wise i will taken a ligal action aganist you
I have submitted complaint regarding this in their website. They have not responded to my complaint.
