Dear sir,
I have placed an order for samsung 25000mah power bank on 09/06/2016 in bookmyoffer.com with cod, i have received it 5pm today i. E. 17/06/2016 by paying 598rs. The reference number for this order is [protected].
After open the parcel i could see a damaged power bank with 20800mah capacity and not working at all. I am trying you so many times from then to call book my offer customer support, but call is received by that number with no response except music.
I am requesting you kindly do needful.
